Printer problemw

Your deskjet 2320 is a mess I have been trying to print from my phone for 5 hours now and I just cant figure it out no no. You don't have vedios to explain it in English as if people who understand English don't use this product. I was happy when i bought it but now I'm not okay I feel like taking it back i don't want this shame. And anyone who knows how to print from the phone with this deskjet please assist

The printer does not support mobile.
