Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

The printer will print a test page via wireless. When I send any other  document, the printer will make sounds like it received the file, but nothing prints. The document does not show in the print queue. It seems to think it has printed.. I am using HP Smart Print. Both HP smart and the printer itself show as valid devices. The result is the same when I try to go directly to the printer bypassing HP Smart. Please help

Use the console and if no console then use the EWS tool to find the problem.

This explains how to use the EWS
Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

It is likely the print job has specified a different paper size than the printer is configured for or a different input tray and no paper is in the tray or feeder (or the back input)

Possibly windows installed a basic driver and you need the full feature driver.  What is the printer model or go here and look for the full feature driver.
