Hello! HP Support website will not add my new HP ENVY 6030e printer to my Dashboard of owned HP products.
I can find the support page for my specific printer, with serialnumber and productnumber, no problem. But it is impossible to add it to my product list at my Dashboard. If I try to add it manually by writing the serialnumber for registration, it says that my serialnumber is invalid. Which it isn't. The serialnumber I enter is absolutely correct. There is something wrong with the HP Support page, and I can't solve this issue on my own.
