Product: LaserJet CP1525n Color

Q1) My CP1525n Color Printer having a networking problem. I'm suspecting its network card faulty. How do i repair it?

Q2) Sometimes paper also jammed. What should i do?

NEED HELP! ASAP. Thank you.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What seems to be the exact issue with your network?  Are you getting any error message or code while connecting to network?
  • Are you trying to print from a mobile device or from a computer? What's the operating system installed?
