HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One printer that has served me well with no issues for about 3 years. Just yesterday, I noticed an error message. I used the guidance on this site to reset it, then performed a factory reset. After re-entering the network information, I noticed that the blue wireless light is constantly blinking. Upon further investigation, I saw that the wireless connection lasts for only seconds at a time. It will connect to the network, then almost instantly lose connection. I am connected through an apartment building’s pre-shared key network, so I cannot reset the modem. However, I know that other residents have not had similar issues with connectivity. Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

I see that you are facing  network connection issues with your HP Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this Link 


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.
