Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an acer aspire Mod A-515-44 with an HP Officejet pro 8620.

The printer says that it is not connected to the internet. But I have loaded the internet onto the printer and it says it is connected, but as soon as I try to print a page it says I am not linked to the internet. My provider is Sky and I subscribe to instant ink. hope somebody can help. Bob
