Hi @Buddy441,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer's screen won't turn on despite unplugging it and waiting for 30 seconds, there might be a more significant issue at hand. Here are a few additional steps you can try.

Check Power Source: Ensure that the power outlet you're using is functioning correctly. Plug in another device to verify if power is reaching the outlet.

Check Power Cable: Ensure that the power cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the power outlet. If possible, try using a different power cable to rule out any issues with the current one.

Inspect for Damage: Check the power cable and the printer itself for any signs of damage.

Reset Printer: Sometimes, a hard reset can resolve issues with electronic devices. To perform a hard reset on your HP printer, follow these steps:

  • Remove the power cable from the printer while it's still turned on.
  • Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Plug the power cable back into the printer.
  • Turn on the printer and see if the screen comes back on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
