Hi @Trace19,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e printer is scanning to email but showing as offline when you try to print. There are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Check Printer and Network Connection:

  • Make sure the printer is powered on. If it's in sleep mode, press the power button to wake it.

  • Ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer. Check that the Wi-Fi light on the printer is on.

Restart Devices:

  • Power off your printer and unplug it for about a minute, then plug it back in and power it on.

  • Restart your computer to refresh the connection to the printer.

Check Printer Settings on Your Computer:

  • In Windows, search for and open Printers & scanners.

  • Locate your HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e in the list. Right-click on it and select "See what's printing".

  • In the window that opens, select "Printer" from the menu bar and ensure "Use Printer Offline" is not selected. If it is, click to deselect it.

Re-add the Printer:

  • Sometimes removing and then re-adding the printer can help. In Printers & scanners, click on your printer and select "Remove device".

  • Then click "Add a printer or scanner" and follow the instructions to re-add your printer.

Update or Reinstall Printer Driver:

  • Ensure your drivers are up-to-date. You can check for driver updates on the HP website.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
