Printer starts printing then stops part way through.( Windows 10 but not sure which version)

HP Recommended
Example: PHP photosmart all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP photosmart B110, starts printing then stops.Error message paperjam, but have followed instructions and theres no paper, even had back panel off. Got it to print status report which printed fine. Would appreciate any advice.

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist you - 

  1. Are you able to make stand-alone copies using the printer?
  2. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
  3. What are the paper type, size, and weight of the media you're using?

Try the steps in the document -A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays for HP Photosmart Wireless e-All-in-One Printer Series (B110)

 

To make sure you are selecting the right paper size and type, refer to - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)
