I have had this printer for a couple of years and it has worked well until about a month ago. The printer will go offline and I have to power cycle it to get it reconnected. Once it comes back up after the 120 reset it works fine for little while but within several hours it will go offline again. I have also noted that when it is in the offline state when I push the power button it says it is shutting down but it takes a really long time (several minutes) to actually power off. When it is connected shutting it down takes maybe 10 seconds. Nothing physical has changed but I think there have been some software updates.

I had tried both of the provided suggestions before I ever reached out to anyone. I finally resolved the problem doing a factory reset. That did fix the problem I was having but introduced a problem with Instant Ink. Still working on that although the printer is completely functional and I have no doubt that the issue with Instant Ink will be resolved.
Thanks for the help.
