Product: HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer - H711a/H711g

my printer says it’s connected to the Internet but it can’t connect to the server and I cannot find it on my phone. I reset it and set it up all over again but still no luck! I press the e-print icon to look for an update but it says it can’t find the servers. I’ve printed the network test and it’s says it’s connected and has an IP and “Wireless Working” says PASS

Hi,

Please download the latest printer firmware and run it from a Windows PC to update the printer, this is required for HP Web Services to work:

Fix and enhancements:

  • Update certificate to maintain a secure connection to HP Cloud.
