Microsoft Windows 11

Suddenly, printer went offline. I looked at all google and hp support notes and I cannot find how to get back online.  Networking is working.  I've shut down printer, laptop and modem and no change.  HP print doctor won't connect either.  I need a real person to help.

NOT marked as solved, hence I'd suggest reading through very many threads, with almost identical issues

or, in particular, my trials and tribulations

In short you need to set up your printer to "a new network", paying attention, not just to the passwords, but the router security protocol
