the printer is connected to wi fi. I see signal and it strenght on the front panel but i don't be able to reinstall it.

it worked until a few days ago. i uninstalled it and now i can't reinstall it anymore. Printer not found. 

please help.

The printer worked always well.  I used both original and compatible cards without problems.  For a few days after installing the usual compatible cartridges the printer did not give any problems then suddenly it no longer sees wi fi. i uninstalled it and I tried to reinstall it.  The computer is connected through wifi, the printer sees the wifi and the signal strenght is wery well. The installation program says that the printer is not found so, for working, at the moment i installed with USB cable but  it forces me to stay with the pc near the printer. i cleaned the cartridges contacts  with a spray disoxidizer for electrical contacts but no results.

Set up the printer on your wireless network wireless setup wizard

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup .

2. Touch Network Setup.

3. Touch Wireless Settings.

4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard .

5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

 

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to fix connectivity and printing issues.

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.

  1. Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.

  2. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.

    • If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry.

    • If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.

  3. If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.

  4. If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.

  5. Try to print.
