Recently my internet provider replaced my router. Prior to the new router there were no problems. Since then I am unable to print from any of my devices. When I reboot the router and printer I’m able to print for a few days . After that I am unable to print. I’ve contacted my ISP and they’ve done what they can from their end, but unfortunately it’s only temporary.
The tech at my ISP asked to see if there are any ports that they need to open to remedy this issue.

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Update the firmware. Click here
