I recently signed up to HP Instant Ink, didn't think there were any changes to the printer as such, however, from that point on I get random pages coming off my printer that are NOT sent to it by me!

Up to now it's just been the odd page but it could easily be more which would bust my lowest level of Instant Ink package and leave me with a bill I don't feel I should pay.

Although there is no 'relationship' with my neighbour, I know it's their printing as it has their business details on the pages.

How can this be, and more importantly, how do I stop it before they print a 300-500 page full catalogue instead of the random few pages it's been so far??

Hi,

Please make sure the Wireless Direct feature is disabled, or change its default password (How do I change the Wi-Fi Direct password, login settings, and printer name?):

Also, make sure your home wireless network is secured with a password not known to a nearby neighbor.

I doubt this is related to the Instant Ink enablement, surely as you say the print jobs includes your nearby neighbor information.
