Hi  @lexiyou,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand your printer isn’t showing up even though all devices are connected to Wi-Fi.

Could you please share the exact printer model

In the meantime, here are few steps you can try:

1.Restart Printer and Router

Refreshing connections often resolves temporary network glitches.

Power off the printer and unplug it for 30 seconds

Restart your Wi-Fi router

Turn the printer back on and wait until Wi-Fi light stabilizes

2.Verify Wi-Fi Connection

Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your devices.

On printer control panel → Wireless/Network Settings

Check if the Wi-Fi icon is lit or blinking

Run Wireless Network Test from the printer menu

Confirm SSID matches your home network

3.Re-add Printer on Device

Sometimes the printer needs to be reinstalled on your computer or phone.

On Windows: Settings → Devices → Printers & scanners

Click Add a printer or scanner

Select your HP printer from the list

If not listed, choose Add manually and enter IP address

4.Update HP Smart App or Drivers

Outdated drivers or apps can prevent detection.

Download latest drivers from HP Support website

Update or reinstall the HP Smart app on your phone/computer

Restart device after installation

5.Check Printer IP Address

Ensures the printer is reachable on your network.

On printer control panel → Network Settings → View IP Address

Note the IP address displayed

Enter it in a browser to confirm printer’s Embedded Web Server opens

If unreachable, reconnect printer to Wi-Fi

I hope this helps.
