I have a new MacBook with Sequoia 15.4 and I cannot connect to my hp printer. I have had my company IT department remote access my laptop and run a test print and it works however after that when I go to print a doc it says printer is offline. I have had IT on several times, I also just talked with an Apple tech support person who suggested to contact HP regarding this issues

If your printer is going offline, I suggest you refer this guide: HP printer is offline or unavailable | HP® Support

Additionally, you can attempt to factory default the printer and set it up again if the connection is not complete.Restore factory defaults on your HP printer | HP® Support
