We have recently moved from a BT hub to EE. Initially our HP Envy printer was connected however having re-booted the WIFI, the printer will not reconnect to the WIFI. We have tried connecting using WPS and entering hub password into printer but continually getting the "not connected" message. Help!

I understand you have trouble connecting the HP Printer to a new Wifi network. To help you better, we do need the model details to help with the accurate details.
In the meantime, please try the steps shared below and let me know if this helps resolve the issue.
Restore the printer to the original network settings
● On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.
● Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, the Wi-Fi router & Printer,--> install it back and Add the Printer.
