Printer will not print an MS Word label document

My printer won't print an MS Word label document.  It prints anything else.  The print spooler works correctly and shows the document has been sent to the printer.  The printer receives the document and begins the print setup process, but after a few clicks and whirrs, just stops.  There is no error message.  The printer acts as though it has printed the document.  This happens with plain paper as well as labels in the feeder.

If the software does already exist, you can uninstall it from Programs and Features,

Restart the computer and log in

Download-save-install the software

Restart the computer and log in

What else?

Export your Word file as a PDF file.

Print that.

Yes, test on a plain paper.
