Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi, I have just received my laser jet printer, and I would like to set up my wireless connection. I have followed the instructions in order to set it up. In order to set up, I need to press a "wireless" button on the printer home screen as shown in the picture. However, I couldn't find such button on the printer, nor on the control panel. I've also clicked on all the tabs on there, and couldn't find another way to set up. Could anyone help me fix this issue? Thank you.

Hi,

An HP Laserjet Pro M283fdnMFP provides USB or Wired Ethernet connectivity, it does not offer any wireless connectivity.

Only the W models for the series (such as M283fdw) provides wireless capabilities, not your printer model.

 

You may find your printer specifications listed below, to connect it to the network you would need a wired ethernet connection to your router:
