We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

I know how frustrating it can feel when your printer refuses to connect—it’s almost like the Wi-Fi signal is right there in the air but just out of reach. Let’s bring them back in sync.

 

Here are a few steps you can try:

 

Restart the basics – Power off your printer, router, and computer/phone. Wait about 30 seconds (like letting them all take a deep breath), then turn them back on.

 

Printer’s Wi-Fi reset – On your HP printer, go to Wireless SettingsRestore Network Defaults. Then try reconnecting to your Wi-Fi.

 

WPS button (if available) – Press the WPS button on your router, then the WPS button on your printer within 2 minutes. You should see the wireless light blink, then turn solid when connected.

 

HP Smart App – Download/open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC. It often makes the setup feel smoother and more guided.
