Printer wirelesss connection

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just change internet providers to AT&T fiber optics, using their modem/router combination, BGW320, my printer will not connect, it tells me there is problem with security settings, my password has not changed. Please help

@ashelriverman, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This printer supports WPA/WPA2 encryption. Check what security encryption the router has. 

 

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network and try connecting.

 

If this does not help, remove the security password temporarily on the router and check if you are able to connect the printer.

Note: Enable the security once tested.
