Hi @Subo2,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP DeskJet 2620 printer is experiencing connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi network, indicated by the orange "I" icon blinking along with the blue Wi-Fi button. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Step 1: Restart Devices

  1. Restart your Printer: Turn off your HP DeskJet printer by pressing the power button. Wait for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on.

  2. Restart your Router: Unplug your router's power cord, wait for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Allow a few minutes for the router to fully restart.

Step 2: Reset Wireless Settings on Printer

  1. If the following steps do not apply directly to your model and there are no instructions on the printer display, reset the wireless settings by pressing and holding the Wireless (Wi-Fi) button along with the Cancel button until the Power button starts blinking, and release both buttons. This will reset the network settings to the default.

Step 3: Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi

For Printers with a Touch Screen:

  • Go to the wireless setup menu or settings on your printer's control panel.

  • Follow on-screen prompts to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to reconnect.

For Printers without a Touch Screen:

  • Press and hold the Wireless (Wi-Fi) button on the printer until the wireless light blinks.

  • Press and hold the WPS button (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) on your router within 2 minutes to allow the printer to connect automatically.

Step 4: Use HP App or HP Easy Start (Optional)

  1. HP App: Download and launch the HP App on your computer or mobile device. Use the app HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site to add your printer, ensuring it’s connected to the same wireless network as your device.

  2. HP Easy Start: Go to the HP Software and Driver Downloads page; download HP Easy Start, and follow the on-screen instructions for a guided setup.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
