Hi there,

 

I have spent hours trying to connect my printer I bought second hand from someone. I have literally tried all possible methods on connecting it, via WPS button and PIN, via USB cable etc but nothing has worked so far and I cannot get any help from an agent because I bought it second hand. The printer works fine when connected via USB cable, but HP Smart doesn't detect it and my router won't let it connect to it. 

 

Any help?
