Hi I bought a printer and it connects to Wi-Fi, now I bought new Wi-Fi and I can’t even find the printer on HP smart app? And I cannot contact HP as when I enter the serial number it says service unavailable at this time, there customer service is shocking bad

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to a new WiFi connection, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Connect the printer using HP Smart app

Here are the steps:- click here
