Hi @Ekowalczyk,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer isn't connecting to WiFi, here are some troubleshooting steps to help you get it back online.
- Reset the Printer and Wi-Fi: Turn off the printer and unplug it for about 60 seconds. Restart your router as well. Once both devices are powered back on, check if the printer can connect to the network.
- Enable Wi-Fi Setup Mode: Restore the printer to Wi-Fi setup mode. You can typically do this from the printer's control panel. This mode allows your Wi-Fi network to discover the printer.
- Use the HP Smart App: Uninstall and then reinstall the HP Smart app on your smartphone or computer. When setting it up again, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device, as it helps the app detect the printer
- Network Considerations: Ensure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Check if there are any network issues, such as interference from other devices or limitations due to the router's settings (like MAC filtering or SSID visibility).
- Firmware Update: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve connectivity issues. You can check for updates using the HP Smart app or the HP support website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
