My printer won't print, even when hard-wired. I've unplugged it and reinstalled it, but it still won't print. UGH!!! This has happened before.

I'd like to help!

 

I understand that you are not able to print from your HP ENVY Pro 6455 All-In-One Printer, you also tried to connect it using a USB cable but it still does not print.

To assist better-

 

  1. I would like to know if the printer copy function works fine?
  2. Also, is the printers enrolled in the instant ink program?

 

While you respond to that, download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor to automatically diagnose and resolve printer hardware and connection issues.

  • After the Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Fix Printing to test your printer, and then follow any instructions to resolve the issue.
  • Try to print.
