Product: HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer

Hi, I've had my printer only a few days. It printed a number of pages now stopped. I've had my laptop looked at by a techinal expert and the laptop shows the printer. I can scan so the issue isn't a wifi issue. But still printer won't print. I've registered the device but the app doesn't show it and tells me to finish set up. But, when I try to finish set up both on the phone or laptop it tells me there is an error and to contact support. Spent three days now trying to speak to someone and I'm going in circles. What can I do? There is a orange exclamation mark flashing on the printer itself.
