Everything was connected and fine and I have had no problems recently at all. While printing an 11 page job the printer stopped after the fourth page. The information page says it is connected, and also says it is not connected. No troubleshooting works, the virtual agent is useless. The front light is yellow, so it is clearly not connected to print. No other devices in the house are having issues. I tried going to the printer in my computer's wifi connectivity and try to log in that way and it says the wifi password is no good. Every time I try to log in to the printer this way the computer shows disconnected until it is done trying to connect. It is less than 6 months old and I don't seem to be able to get human help from HP. 

 

Any help appreciated I need to be able to print.
