Could you please elaborate on the issue?
Are you using a Chrome browser or a Chrome app to print from the PC?
Are you able to print from a different application?
Are you getting any error messages?
Meanwhile, Let's continue with the troubleshooting steps now.
If the copy is working fine try the steps recommended below.
If your printer doesn’t say it’s Cloud-ready, follow the steps below.
- Turn on your printer.
- On your Windows or Mac computer, open Chrome.
- At the top-right, click More
Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under 'Printing', click Google Cloud Print.
- Click Manage Cloud Print devices.
- If prompted, sign in with your Google account.
- Select the printers that you want to connect and then click Add printer(s).
Print documents or photos saved in Files, Google Docs, Drive, or Photos.
From the Chrome browser, open the document or image you want to print.
Click the Print icon .
The Print window opens.
Under Destination, click the Change button.
The Select a destination window opens.
Under Print Destinations, select your printer.
Change any print settings if necessary, and then click Print.
Deleting the extra printers on Google Print
Open Google Chrome, hit the action box (top-right corner), and click on Settings.
In the Settings list, scroll all the way down and click on Advanced to expand the drop-down menu. Then, scroll down through the Advanced list and click on Google Cloud Print under Printing.
Next, click on Manage Cloud Print devices and click the Manage button associated with every printer that you’re not currently using then delete it.
Once you’re only left with one active printer, restart Google Chrome and see if the issue has been resolved and you’re able to print directly from the browser.
Deleting local browsing history then uninstall Chrome
Open Google Chrome, hit the settings menu and go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
Next, set the time range to All time and make sure the boxes associated with Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked. Then start the deletion process by clicking on Clear Data. Once the process is complete, you can safely close Google Chrome.
Press Windows key + R to open up a Run command. Then, type “appwiz.cpl” and hit Enter to open Programs and Features.
In Programs and Features, scroll down through the application list, right-click on Google Chrome and choose Uninstall.
