This is truly a joke. I've been waiting an hour when it said 14 minutes to chat with someone, then went down to 9 and I waited an hour. No one to call. Downloaded THREE programs, all through HP's website -- one called Assist, one called Doctor. What the f is this??????? Why can't I get help for your product I installed yesterday? Printed yesterday. Now on-light started blinking when tried to print and wont stop. Wont print anything. What a stupid, stupid waste of time and money. ***bleep***. Can't wait to spread the word. Can't talk to someone on a phone... and you glitched out my chat window and had me wait AN HOUR, telling me 9 minutes? You're a trash company.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
