I have had this printer for now over a year and in all that time it has only printed one thing successfully because it suddenly stopped connecting to the wifi and I have followed all instructions and it just still won't connect. I have no clue what else to do but as I'm a very busy student I really need this printer to work especially with my exams soon

Please share your printer model or product number for further assistance.

 

May I know if you are using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using with a computer which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

 

Was there any change in your wireless router or service provider?

What is the status of your printer's wireless light, is it blinking or steady?

Use an android 

Light won't stop flashing quickly
