Product: Envy 6255

Printer keeps giving message no paper in photo tray which I am not trying to print photos just trying to print and it will not allow me to. Have done virtual chat even had tech person with our internet company mi fly try to walk me through some steps to try and resolve with no luck. I have been without a printer for two weeks and need it I am working from home
