Product: HP ENVY 5020

Printer on and states no error.  Will not print job from computer, just tells me  to 'save' the document all the time. Assistance please. Virtual agent of no help.

IMO the destination is set to Save as PDF. Try to change the print destination. Please set it to your printer, HP envy 5020. I hope that helps.
