Hi @Foon,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It's possible that your new Wi-Fi router has a different network name (SSID) or password than your previous router, which may be causing issues with your printer's wireless connectivity. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Reconnect your printer to your new Wi-Fi network: Check your printer's manual or the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to connect your printer to a new wireless network. You may need to temporarily connect your printer to your computer via USB cable to complete the setup.
  • Update your printer drivers: Visit the printer manufacturer's website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model. This can help ensure that your printer is properly communicating with your new Wi-Fi network.
  • Reset your printer's network settings: If you're still having issues after reconnecting your printer to your new Wi-Fi network, try resetting your printer's network settings. Check your printer's manual or our HP website for instructions on how to do this.
  • Restart your router and printer: Sometimes a simple restart of both your router and printer can help resolve connectivity issues. Unplug both devices, wait a few seconds, and then plug them back in.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
