My wife got a new printer so I moved her printer to my office.  She had the online ink replacement system on her printer and I won't be  using it.  I use an USB cable to connect my  laptop to the printer, not using wireless.  I can't print any thing as I get a message that I can connect due to not having this instant ink  program running.  

 

How do I disable this so I can print directly?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with using the printer post connecting it with a USB cable.

 

If you are using HP instant ink cartridges when it is connected with a USB cable, you must remove Instant Ink cartridges and purchase Original HP Ink or Toner directly from the retailer of your choice to continue printing. As instant Ink cartridges only work in enrolled printers and when they are connected to the network.

 

If you are using regular purchased ink cartridges, please share the image of the ink cartridges to assist you further.
