Hi @Patz60, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Since you've changed your Wi-Fi service, your HP LaserJet printer likely needs to be reconfigured with the new Wi-Fi network. Follow these steps to reconnect it:

Reset Network Settings on the Printer

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Reset network settings:
    • For most HP LaserJet printers with a touchscreen:
      • Open Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings.
    • For non-touchscreen models:
      • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5-10 seconds until the power light blinks.

Reconnect the Printer to the New Wi-Fi

Use HP Smart App (Recommended)

  • Download HP Smart on your PC, Mac, or phone (if not already installed).
  • Open the app and click Add Printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to the new network.

Use Wireless Setup Mode (For Touchscreen Printers)

  • Open Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

WPS Push Button Method (If Supported)

  • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until it blinks.
  • Press the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes.
  • Wait for the printer to connect.

Update Printer Settings on Your Computer

Remove the old printer connection:

  • On Windows, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers, right-click the printer, and select Remove Device.
  • On Mac, go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, select the printer, and click Remove.

Re-add the printer:

  • Open HP Smart or Add a printer manually from Windows/Mac settings.

Test Printing

  • Try printing a test page to confirm the connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
