Well I just ended my HP subscribtion services

and suddenly couldn't connect my printer to the HP app also have no options available on the app to restart the printer to the factory standards.

Thank you.

When you cancel a subscription, nothing app-related changes. Is the printer connected to the same wireless network as before? If yes, remove and reinstall the HP app on your device.

Well everything stay the same but cannot

reconnect it as it shows the printer but isn't

getting any connection ,despite I've tried to

reset everything like alike router, smartphones, laptops and as well as the printer.

Definitely on the HP app on the smartphone

doesn't allow me to take any action as they looks like disabled.

Try removing and reinstalling the HP app on your device. Use a different smartphone if you have to install the HP app and try from a different device
