Common problems for Connectivity Issues

My printer is printing blank pages. Already ran the diagnostic test and it said everything is fine. Printed the test page fine, but when I print a document it prints completely blank.  Full cartridges of both colors, so ink is not the issue. Printer is plugged out when not in use so...no need to reboot. Shows wireless connection, 5 bars. What is the problem?? PLEASE HELP!!

@LBoogie1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. To assist you better,

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Try making a standalone copy in black and color from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

Make sure you are using HP inks and clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times.
