do you have to pay for a subscription in order to use your Wi-Fi printer?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

If HP+ is activated on the printer, subscribe to an HP Instant Ink plan to get the most benefits.  

 

For HP+ printers, user must use original HP Ink cartridges. 

 

If there are no subscription, simply purchase the original ink cartridges from any retail store and use it with the printer.
