I've spent 2 days trying to reconnect my laser jet and desk jet printers to my new router without success. Tried every diagnostic tool and followed all the instructions. Desk jet won't even connect with Etherley cable. It keeps saying incorrect passphrase.
Someone please help...

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Try to reset the printer to factory defaults and then use HP Smart to setup (a new printer) to get it connected to the new network.
