Hi KiwiAus

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e All-in-One Printer and HP LaserJet Pro 4001 are showing as offline, there are several steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Check Network Connection:

    • Ensure that both printers are connected to your Wi-Fi network.
    • Verify that the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable.
  2. Restart Devices:

    • Restart both printers and your Wi-Fi router.
    • Restart your computer or mobile device.
  3. Check Printer Status in HP Smart App:

    • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
    • Wait at least 45 seconds for the app to connect to the printers.
    • Ensure that both printers are listed with a Ready status and a green check mark or cloud icon
  4. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode on Printers:

    • For printers with a touchscreen control panel: go to the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network Setup or Settings, and restore network settings.
    • For printers without a touchscreen control panel: Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer.
  5. Reconnect Printers to the Network:

    • Within 2 hours of restoring Wi-Fi setup mode, open the HP Smart app.
    • Click Add Printer or the Add icon
    • Select your printers from the list and follow the prompts to reconnect them to the network.
  6. Check Router and Internet Connection:

    • Move the printers and computer/mobile device closer to the Wi-Fi router.
    • Check if the internet connection is working properly by opening a website.
  7. Clear Printer Errors:

    • Ensure there are no errors indicated on the printer or in the HP Smart app, such as low ink levels or paper jams.

Additional Tips

Make sure your private network settings are correctly set and your firewall isn’t blocking the printer’s communication.

I hope the above is helpful
