My ink jet printer will not connecte to the internet no matter how I try

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I understand that you are facing issue with Ink Jet Printer connecting to your WiFi. I would request you to please share me the complete model of the printer, Also check with the basic steps to resolve.

 

Router & Network

  • Make sure the router is powered on and connected to the internet.
  • Test by connecting another device to the same Wi-Fi.
  • If no internet, restart the router.
  • If issues persist, contact your network service provider.

Printer Connection

  • Check the printer’s blue wireless light:
  • Steady = connected.
  • Off/blinking = not connected.
  • If not connected, restart both printer and router.
  • For Ethernet: confirm the port light is on.
  • If off, check cable and restart devices.

Make sure the printer and the device is connected with 2.4GHz.
