Printing Blank

I am not able to print anything in color or in black and white mode. BOth of them sufficient Ink

I understand the printer is printing blank sheets. To assist you better,

• Are you using HP ink cartridges?
• Try making a standalone copy in color and black from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
• Have you tried using alternate ink cartridges if available?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the ink cartridges and print a test page to check the result.
