Trying to print wireless from my new Chromebook 14a, no luck, I have set it up on the CB, but I cannot get it to print! I can print from an older CB and from my phone and PC, but this Chromebook does not seem to work with the same printer, same wireless network. I have tried all the procedures for installing a HP printer I could find, but no printout. I get printing messages, like printing in progress... etc. even printing complete.

Using Google Chrome

Version 96.0.4664.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thanks

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to print from Chromebook, I am glad to assist you.

Connect the printer and Chromebook to the same network the add the printer to the Chromebook

  1. On the Chromebook, click the clock in the bottom right corner, and then click the Settings icon .

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Advanced.

  3. Scroll to the Printing section, click Printers, and then click Add Printer.

    • If your printer displays, click it, and then click Add.

    • If your printer does not display, click Add Manually, and then follow the instructions to add the printer. Go to Chromebook Help - Set up your printer (in English) for more information.
