Hi, We have a Samsung Galaxy TAB 9FE+ that my husband uses for work. We cannot get it to print to my HP Officejet Pro 7740. It comes up with "printer not available at this time". I have downloaded a couple of plug in apps and this has not made any difference. I have been able to pair the printer, but the error still comes up and we cannot print.

 

**EDIT: I have been able to pair and print to my printer but when opening a document I still get the same error. It then takes a few minutes for the printer and tablet to connect, and it will then print from the tablet. This happens every time we open a new document. Which means printing 2-3 documents can take 10 minutes or more. How do I speed up the connection between the tablet and the printer???

 

We really need to get this working as I am not in the office every day and if he needs to print plans off he cannot do it at this time.
