Welcome to the HP Community.

The printer is unaware of the content "font" size it is printing.

The size of the font / document must be corrected before the job is submitted to the printer.

The best you can do during the submission is to Resize (Transform) the size of the print on the paper.

This MIGHT work but is likely not the solution in many cases...

What else?

Web pages in particular might be viewed at a higher magnification than the web page "100%" size to make a page viewable / readable on a small screen.  If you send that magnified page to the printer, the printer will print what you send.

Set / View the webpage at no more than Scale 100% size of that page, then submit to Print.

What else?

If the document / webpage you are trying to print won't cooperate,

Save the content to a file (for example, Office software / Pages)

Open and Edit the file > Change the font size in that document

Save the document and then print the saved / edited document.
