I have a lot of issues with this printer 1 when I print from a mobile device it always says the printer is out of paper but it’s not and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting solutions they don’t solve the problem 2 Sometimes when I’m printing directly off of my desktop I will get an error message that’s just a number and all the lights on the printer are blinking and the only way to solve the problem is to unplug the printer and wait 20 seconds and then replug it back and I don’t know if this is the correct solution 3 many times when I’m printing off of my iMac desktop it says there’s a paper jam but when I looked there’s no paper that’s jammed why does that keep happening Nobody at HP seems to be able to help me and I’m very frustrated after buying this printer because it has too many issues and especially now with COVID-19 I can’t get anyone to help me I’m wishing I never bought this unit my older printer was much more reliable I should’ve kept it this is a waste of money and I wish HP would stand behind their products
