Hello,
I have a segmented network with severals VLANs. One of VLAN contain PCs and MFP HP LaserJet Pro M428dw and there is Ok in this part: users can use printer from their PCs.
In other VLAN I have Windows Server, and I want to use this printer from it. But when I tried to install driver for this printer setup "told" me that it couldn't find this printer (I specified IP-address of printer). Although all PCs are accessible from server and server is accessible from PCs. When I started looking for the problem I found out that my router doesn't recieve ARP-reply from the MFP so I can't even ping the MFP from the router (I receive error "Destination is unreachable").
The printer is connected via WiFi. I tried two variants of configuration (DHCP and static IP) - there is no difference. When MFP is configured to receive IP from DHCP it receives right configuration and I can "see" the MFP in client-list (with its IP and MAC) on the router but still has no ARP-record in ARP-list and can't ping it.
Could you help me with this issue?

Have you tried adding a manual ARP record for the printer?
