Hi @Jo6324,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer connectivity issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Network Settings:

  • Make sure your WiFi network is active and that you're trying to connect to the correct network.
  • Verify that your WiFi password has not changed during the reset.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off your printer, router, and computer.
  • Wait for 30 seconds, and then turn them back on.

Reconnect the Printer:

  • Access the printer's control panel.
  • Navigate to the wireless settings menu.
  • Select the option to reconnect or set up a new wireless connection.
  • Follow the prompts to enter the network name (SSID) and password.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download and open the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer.
  • Use the app to detect and reconnect your printer to your WiFi network.

Further Steps:

  • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. This can often resolve connectivity issues.
  • Reconnect Via WPS: If your router supports WPS (WiFi Protected Setup), use the WPS button to connect the printer. Press the WPS button on your router, then press the Wireless button on your printer within two minutes.
  • Network Reset on Printer: Sometimes performing a network settings reset on the printer itself can resolve internal connection issues. Check your printer's manual for specific instructions.
